Meet Chris

You were hired for your current position because you were skilled and successful at your last job. Now your level of responsibility is high and performance expectations have increased.

You may find yourself bouncing from task to task, never feeling like there are enough hours in the day! You barely have enough time to take care of work priorities, much less actually taking care of yourself and spending time with your loved ones.

Or maybe you're lacking confidence in your leadership, managing a team that is doing fine, but you know they really should be knocking it out of the park.

Deep down you know there must be a better way to achieve your goals without killing yourself! That is where effective coaching comes in!

Meet Chris Coward, an Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 12 years experience managing and leading people working in organizations.

Chris works with leaders and teams to leverage their strengths and tackle their challenges to boost productivity and engagement in their organizations

In addition to Executive and Leadership Coaching, Chris is an experienced seminar and training facilitator who brings her unique blend of fresh content, humor, energy, and engagement to help participants transform their leadership to new levels.

She also facilitates group team coaching in organizations for leadership development which allows individuals to bring real management situations to the group, try new skills and behaviors, and use the group to process new learning and results.

People working with Chris report that they achieve more clarity, confidence, productivity and have more fun.

Her expertise comes from years of studying human behavior, positive psychology, and habit change and integrating this information into her leadership development practice.

I have found my wellness coaching sessions with Chris to be very helpful in several ways: I feel Chris listens well for content, but she also quickly gets my unique ways of processing decisions and helps me look at how I can make my approach work better for me. She has a good sense of humor, follows up with helpful resources, and is encouraging. I have made great progress in managing my time and reducing my stress. I really feel I have a terrific ally in Chris!
