I have found my wellness coaching sessions with Chris to be very helpful in several ways: I feel Chris listens well for content, but she also quickly gets my unique ways of processing decisions and helps me look at how I can make my approach work better for me. She has a good sense of humor, follows up with helpful resources, and is encouraging. I have made great progress in managing my time and reducing my stress. I really feel I have a terrific ally in Chris!

The question is, who is that person and how are doing with the whole pyramid level concept thing.

You don’t need a pyramid or even a cube to become geometrically acclimated on the

Like the food pyramid demands, it appears that now your level of responsibility is high and performance expectations have increased. You know you can excel and you will find a way to do your best.

But… You may find yourself bouncing from task to task, never feeling like there are enough hours in the day! You barely have enough time to take care of work priorities, much less actually taking care of yourself and spending time with your loved ones.

Or maybe you're lacking confidence in your leadership, managing a team that is doing fine, but you know they really should be knocking it out of the park.

Deep down you know there must be a better way to achieve your goals without killing yourself! That is where effective coaching comes in!
